Effective small group teaching – My experience

Abstract
There are various teaching methodologies ranging from didactic lectures to small group teaching that are used in adult learning. Each has its own benefits & drawbacks. But when the methods are combined and used prudently it would be an ideal teaching – learning experience. In my own experience I found a little bit of variation in the set form may also be successful.
